Receive a quotation
Receive your quotation by email with the equipment, hire period and pricing. Agree any delivery, setup and collection arrangements with our team before invoicing.
Confirm the quotation
Accept your quotation by replying to the email once the equipment, services and arrangements have been agreed.
Receive your invoice
We will email your invoice with a secure payment link. Receiving a quotation or invoice does not reserve equipment.
Pay and receive booking confirmation
Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received and we have issued your booking confirmation. Equipment remains subject to availability until then.
Collection & return (dry hire)
For dry hire, your confirmation email includes your booking reference and a link to book collection and return appointments.

Which DJ setups can I hire?
The setups featured here are two Pioneer DJ CDJ-3000 players with a DJM-A9; two CDJ-2000NXS2 players with a DJM-900NXS2; two Technics SL-1210 MK2/MK5 turntables with an Allen & Heath Xone:96; and a Denon Prime 4 standalone system. Confirm the exact models and availability when booking.

Can you arrange delivery and setup?
Ask for delivery and setup when making your enquiry. These services must be agreed in advance and are subject to availability. Provide the venue postcode, access details and required times so the team can quote accurately.
What do I need to hire DJ equipment?
Our published hire terms require photo ID, proof of address, a signed rental agreement and a security deposit is required. Read the full hire terms and confirm the requirements for your booking with the team.
Can I hire speakers and lighting with the DJ equipment?
Pegasus Sound & Light also provides PA, lighting and AV hire. Tell us about your venue, audience and event format so the team can discuss the additional equipment you need.
